Inara dan Nusantara

The Never Ending Beauty of Nusantara

Once upon a time, there was a girl living in Pontianak, West Kalimantan. Her name was Inara, a beautiful name inspired by "Indonesia Raya" with the hope that Inara would grow up to be a child who appreciates every cultural difference wherever she stands on her homeland.Inara was born in Palembang, South Sumatra. Soon after, her father received an assignment in Kepulauan Seribu, DKI Jakarta, which required Inara and her family to frequently move. They now reside in East Kalimantan.Adapting to new environments, new friends, and new cultures has become second nature for little Inara. From complaints like, "Ah, I don't like moving around! I keep losing friends!"To gratitude like, "It's okay to move again, Inara can experience many new things!"Indeed, through her father's job, Inara has become increasingly fascinated by the diverse cultures of Indonesia, from languages, homes, music, and dances, to its culinary delights. Yum!Where do you think Inara will explore the corners of Nusantara?

Fun fact, I was born in Yogyakarta and grew up in several cities, just like Inara. I had to move from city to city following my father's job, therefore I really appreciate the never ending-beauty of the cultural differences that exist in Indonesia.
