Hello, Dribbble!

It's Day #013 of the Daily UI Challenge! Today, I designed a direct messaging feature for the e-commerce shop for handmade jewellery I created on day #012. This chatbot is all about enhancing customer interaction, order tracking, help with returns, receiving feedback and connecting users with someone from the sales team for more help. I focused on making the chat interface intuitive and user-friendly to ensure a smooth shopping experience. You can check out the design of the 'Lumina Jewels' website in my profile.
