Garment manufacturers often face challenges in maintaining consistent production efficiency. Common issues include underperforming machinery, employee absenteeism, and material shortages, which can lead to production delays and quality issues.
In this case, Floor Manager encounters these problems, as evidenced by the alerts he receives on his MES dashboard. These alerts highlight the need for immediate action to address the issues and ensure uninterrupted production.
