Context and needs

Liberty & Co, a company specializing in incentives, is seeking to develop its own digital service.

The primary challenge is to empower customers, particularly small/ medium enterprises and HR professionals, to autonomously manage their incentive operations. This includes creating operations, inviting employees, distributing gift points, tracking performance, and customizing the operation showcase.

Through this new product, Liberty aims to uphold its position in a progressively competitive market.

Result

I designed two products: the back office and the gift shop showcase, taking into account the specific needs of users and the challenges of the market.

I provided a design toolkit and design documentation for the client-side development team.I also created a prototype for user testing and iteration.

I trained the team in Lean UX. We have reviewed the fundamentals of the method: understanding, defining, prototyping, testing, and repeating.
