Context and needs

Nalo is an ETF investment platform for the general public that has had a web product for several years.

The company is now aiming to standardize its design approach by implementing a design system.

The team aims to create a consistent user experience across mobile and desktop platforms.

In addition, Nalo is seeking to optimize its product for mobile use and expand its user base by gaining a better understanding of its audience.

Result

We Delivered a first version of the design system, featuring easily editable components with thorough documentation.

The design incorporates essential accessibility requirements.

Additionally, we have designed and delivered mobile user flows, and developed prototypes.

We thoroughly analyzed user data collected from surveys and testing.

We shared user insights with the team, and together we updated the engineering backlog to address user pain points.
