E-commerce | Brand Values Section
This was one of my first ever A/B experiments, aimed at a dog food e-commerce site. The focus was on creating alternatives for a section that highlighted the brand’s core values to better connect with pet owners and build trust. The experiment resulted in a 3.50% lift in conversions with a 70% chance to win. It was exciting to see how emphasizing brand messaging could drive meaningful conversion improvements.
