Smokey Osprey

This guy was originally a concept design I had created for a mascot project (you can look through the pictures below to see the simplified originals).

Instead of letting it go to waste I decided to breath some new life into it by adding grit, texture and a color palette inspired by oxidized copper and the eerie darkened light created by the thick smoke during fire season (It's been pretty gross that way here in Missoula.)
