Doctor's Side:

As a doctor, our client wanted to efficiently manage patients' appointments according to his work schedule, especially in emergency situations. The custom mobile and desktop application designed by DesPrime provides all the necessary features to meet doctors' needs to manage appointments. It gives the doctor options to choose specific days for scheduling sessions, define preferred time intervals for appointment availability indicating entry & exit times, and specify the desired duration to allocate for each patient in sessions. The application grants a live view of patients who have scheduled appointments with the ability to individually change their appointment status. It also displays & analyzes all appointment history with statuses & details for all sessions. The system also allows accepting emergency patients without appointments by intelligently adjusting the status of other sessions, and even manually adding patient appointments by the doctor as well as many other exclusive features that can be customized.

Patient's Side:

Most appointment scheduling apps on the market allow patients to choose any date or time they want for their visit. However, our client needed a program where users could simply book an appointment, and the system would automatically provide them with the first available & accessible date and time. To address this issue, DesPrime designed a program that enables patients entering a medical clinic to connect through a QR Code displayed in the office. Through this link, users can enter their basic information and receive appointments for themselves or multiple individuals without the need to ask a secretary. The system then intelligently registers users and assigns specific time slots for each patient where they can view their detailed appointment status.
