PartaRentals
Description
PartaRentals is an innovative real estate application I designed to help people in Costa Rica find their ideal apartment and rent it at the best price. Users can save their favorite properties, compare options, refer other users to earn points, and much more.
Problem
I identified that most online property search options in Costa Rica are basic with simple filters and often lack detailed information about apartments. This makes it hard for users to make informed decisions. Additionally, the user experience in these applications is usually not intuitive, leading to user frustration and delays in the search process.
Solution
I worked closely with the client to understand their goals and objectives. I implemented design flows that facilitate navigation through rental options, allowing users to customize their searches. Additionally, I developed a recommendation feature that uses advanced algorithms to suggest properties based on the user's search history and preferences.
Results
I created an innovative application that meets user needs and achieves the set objectives. The PartaRentals app allows users to share properties, save their favorite options for future viewing, and compare properties to make better decisions. It also includes a referral system where users can earn points for future discounts by completing rentals or referring others.
