Evolution - Real Estate Posters

Here is another set of posters I created as part of my exploration of typography, color, and layout. How do I look at it? Each typeface has a different impact on us depending on the words written with it. Typeface choice also relates to a brand's tone of voice, where all elements need to work together cohesively. That's why I never use Lorem Ipsum. Instead, I provide context in everything I do. It takes a little bit of imagination to start writing some gibberish that comes to your mind but it's worth it in the end. I believe this approach helps in developing a final version of branding that both you and your client will appreciate.
