Internal management service
Task:
Develop software for recording lessons and managing documentation for FutureMind Academy. The software must be accessible to teachers on their mobile phones, as they will not be in a traditional classroom setting. The program should be managed both via a website for the convenience of managers and on a mobile phone for the convenience of teachers. A clear hierarchy of program usage should be established, and the potential for functional expansion should be considered.
Solution:
Creation of a service structure with roles and functions of characters. Establishment of a clear hierarchy. Proposed MVP and Post MVP, with a detailed description of the service development. Creation of functionality for each character, possibilities for expansion and transfer of responsibilities. Creation of visual components and animation. Consulting on service creation.
