End-to-End Dashboard & App for On-Site Management

Meet our innovative solution designed to revolutionize the management of on-site employees. Previously, managing employee forms, contracts, and work hours required juggling multiple tools and platforms. With our system, managers can now handle everything from form creation to time tracking seamlessly through a single, user-friendly interface.

From the manager's dashboard, forms and contracts can be easily created, customized, and sent directly to employees via the specially designed mobile application. Employees can track their work hours effortlessly, scan QR codes to log in and out of work sites, and access all necessary documents in one place. Additionally, employees can submit leave requests and expenses directly through the app, simplifying these processes and improving overall efficiency.

Challenges and Solutions

One of our primary challenges was designing a flexible system for creating various types of forms. To address this, we developed a versatile form builder within the dashboard, allowing managers to create customized forms by selecting and arranging fields as needed. This solution caters to specific requirements like safety checks and compliance forms, offering the flexibility necessary for different categories.

We also faced the challenge of streamlining processes for verifying employee licenses, managing expenses, and handling leave requests. To solve this, we integrated sections within the dashboard for managing licenses, submitting expenses, and processing leave requests. Managers can now upload and track certification documents, set expiration reminders, and ensure compliance. Meanwhile, employees can fill out expense and leave request forms, attach receipts, and submit them for approval directly through the app, resulting in a smooth and transparent process.

Another significant challenge was accurately tracking employee work hours and project allocation. Our solution was to include a built-in time tracker within the system. Employees simply select their project and click to start the timer, which accurately logs their work hours. This data is then compiled into comprehensive timesheets accessible by managers, ensuring precise and efficient time tracking.

Facilitating communication among administrators for discussing project-related matters posed another challenge. We addressed this by implementing a chat group feature within the admin panel. This allows managers and administrators to discuss issues, share updates, and collaborate in real time, enhancing communication and decision-making.
