EWN's Texas-Themed Conference Booth

For the 2023 AGA Ops Conference, held near our HQ in Texas, our team at EWN wanted the experience at our booth to reflect the lively and unique spirit of the state. Inspired by Texas murals and local art, I designed a hand-drawn look featuring famous Texans like Willie Nelson, Selena Quintanilla, Troy Aikman, and the beloved "Big Tex" from our Texas State Fair. I handled the overall design and art direction, and made sure the look was consistent across the booth, social media, and our apparel. The goal was to create a welcoming and fun atmosphere that showcased our Texas pride.

This video is from the drafting phase of an animated intro I created for a social media post. Listening to the audio will provide the best experience, I was unsure of the timing, in the end we went with the bottom option.

Here's a photo of me beside the booth, AGA remains one of my favorite projects to look forward to (every two years...) As an in-house designer it's always important to work within the brand guidelines, the AGA Conference is one of the few exceptions. With the support of leadership, they give me the opportunity to showcase our creative side at AGA. It has become a tradition to draw inspiration from the AGA Conference location and with Florida and Texas under our belt, I am excited to see what Colorado in 2025 has in store.
