Redesign 1 - Task Component

Revamping Old UI

Hey everyone! I’m on a mission to take random outdated UI components and give them a fresh, modern look while enhancing their usability. 🛠️ My latest update involves the Tasks card component—here’s the scoop:

🔹 What I Changed: I moved "All Tasks" and "My Tasks" into a dropdown menu, making the interface cleaner and navigation more intuitive.

🔹 Why I Did It:

  • Better Usability: The old two-tab layout was confusing. Now it's simpler and more efficient.

  • Less Clutter: The dropdown reduces visual clutter and highlights what's important.

  • Improved Hierarchy: Clearer structure and focus on what matters most!

Ideally, redesigns should be based on user feedback and behavior to make informed decisions. However, this approach is also a good starting point for practicing design skills and improving the overall user interface. It’s a fantastic way to develop an eye for detail and engage in a rewarding process, all while practicing for free! 💡

Check it out and let me know what you think!
