Groow Business - Grip on innovation processes

Our design-learning toolkit Groow is not only raising dust in the education world, the business community got interested as well. To meet this demand, we rebuilt Groow into Groow Business. More mature (but still fun) illustrations, different activity building blocks and a greater focus on offline collaboration make this version ideal for any business that wants to get started with design thinking.

An international collaboration.

Together with DLL, we researched what was needed to translate the tool to the business context. We did several user tests with teams around the world to arrive at a refined final product.

Design thinking.

Design thinking is a method for achieving innovation. It is based on the process of designers; a cycle of conceiving, creating, trying out and reflecting on ideas. We believe that design thinking processes are often presented in too linear a fashion. Instead of a bite-sized process, Groow Business gives you the different steps - or building blocks - to determine your own path. After all, each challenge requires a different approach.
