Parkwood Estates Eichler Homes community - custom artwork

About a mile away from the previous 2 Eichler Homes developments I posted in Concord, California, is Parkwood Estates. It’s another fairly small neighborhood, consisting of about 65 homes designed and built by Claude Oakland, A. Quincy Jones, and Emmons & Associates in 1964. But, despite its small size, there are some really unique homes here, like the Model CC-1804 R Eichler featured in this MOD-icon (minimalist house illustration), historic home plaque, and MCM neighborhood map.
