Doctor joo is a user-friendly platform that seamlessly connects patients to healthcare professionals. Patients can have appointments with the doctor in person, by phone, or via chat that was designed to improve the doctor's appointment process. All stages of user research, including qualitative research (interview), data analysis (tagging), needs assessment, competitor analysis, idea generation, prioritization of ideas (effort-value diagram, information architecture (site-map), user flow, sketch, design we have successfully completed the UI, usability test and improvement of the user journey based on the results of the test.
