Challenge:
The founders of Pika AI set out to create a new and better search engine, dedicated to helping users discover the most relevant and captivating information across the web.
Their approach involves a curation and indexing of premium sources, all harnessed through AI technology.Lazarev. was entrusted by the client to create a search engine with an enhanced user experience.
Approach:
We followed the product-centered approach when prototyping Rhea, conducting UX research, and learning the daily workflows and problems of our TA.
The solution that emerged is a hybrid interfaces that combines a prompt-driven AI functionality with dynamic widgets, graphics, offering a seamless research-to-report workflow with a handy split screen mode.

Our vision inspired us to create an inviting, warm, and familiar experience. Following this concept, Pika's search page has a clean and friendly interface, featuring search engine practices to guarantee users a recognizable and comfortable search experience.

Our dedicated focus was on the creation of an AI-powered chat system that enhances the search experience and significantly reduces search time. To achieve this, we strategically positioned the AI widget, accentuated by vibrant colors, immediately below the search bar.
This intentional placement, design accents, and interactivity ensure its prominent visibility and guide users effortlessly into initiating a chat.

We have invested considerable effort in optimizing the mobile user experience, acknowledging the significant percentage of individuals who rely on mobile devices for their information searches.
