Quilt collage - water and bubbles

This was a quilted fabric collage for a laptop bag. The image was made from various fabrics, including a metallic silver leather for bubbles.

This bag was made by request to have horizontal access. I decided to use the denim's selvedge edge as the end of the closure flap.

The interior fabric was chosen for its connection to the watery front design. As this had a 1980s vibe already, I chose a flamingo pattern to bring a fun surprise for inside the bag.
