"The mountains are calling, and I must go." One of the most quoted figures in the preservation/conservation spheres, John Muir's passion for the great outdoors inspires nature lovers of every generation.

The main element that makes this project unique is its "portability," as the illustration is printed on stainless steel water bottles for hikers to enjoy on a trail and a commute.

This illustration blends traditional ink and digital media, combining the artistic stylings of a bygone era with a modern twist.

This alternative colored version was praised by the client, but the simplicity of the black ink on the off-white bottle won approval in the end.
