An AI Talent Agent for Everyone

What if everyone had access to an agent who would search for, analyze and advise them on the best opportunities for their career?

Candidates may find that it's easier to tell an AI agent what your negotiating terms are, then have the agent compose communications that achieve that. They may also find that an agent is as able to continuously watch the movement of the job market and provide advise on which jobs hold the most promise for them as individuals, and call out those that they shouldn't waste their time on. Additionally and AI agent will assist the user in maintaining relationships, as well as perform interview-adjacent tasks such as resume optimization, cover letters, and creating presentations so that the only thing the user need to focus on is performing in an interview.

Organizations often have HR and Talent departments to represent the org's needs in scouting new employees, however individual employees are often on their own, representing themselves. In the current landscape, this leads to job seekers resorting to 'numbers game' strategies of mass applications and generic resumes because they lack market insight, support and tailored advice. This then makes it difficult for Hiring Managers to sift through a huge number of resumes that are difficult to distinguish from one another.

This implementation of widely available AI talent would level the playing field, giving employees a similar proxy to work through and gain insight from, leading to better quality communication between both candidate and organization.
