Koagra, Lizardfolk (D&D Character)

This was a commission for a D&D character I completed last year. The sword design was its own project, followed by full character artwork with background.

The client discussed with me how the sword interacts with the character visually by changing the scales on his arm, so I included this additional image to showcase that transformation.
