Problem
Increase the app owner's profit by boosting the number of hotel bookings made through the app. Hotel owners pay a commission to the app owner for each booking made via the app.

Results
During beta testing, the team observed an increase in customer engagement and booking numbers. Customers enjoyed a user-friendly and visually appealing interface. Additionally, the booking process became quick and easy, resulting in an 11% increase in hotel bookings. Hotel owners could track bookings online, reducing the workload on staff who previously handled phone reservations, freeing up time and resources for other hotel needs. The app owner improved financial performance from hotel owners compared to the previous version of the app.
