Overview 👀

GetHired dashboard serves as a central hub for HR professionals to manage and optimize their recruitment activities. Its user-friendly interface and comprehensive features empower recruiters to efficiently navigate the hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.

Challenge 🔥

The goal is to create an intuitive and optimized dashboard for GetHired, a platform designed for HR professionals to manage the recruitment process effectively. The interface should be easy to navigate and require minimal training for HR personnel, enabling them to streamline recruitment activities, improve efficiency, and make informed hiring decisions.

Result

My design for the GetHired dashboard draws inspiration from various sources on Dribbble. I opted for a light mode interface for optimal clarity and user comfort. To add a touch of professionalism and inspire confidence, I incorporated a captivating blue color scheme. This color choice reflects the trustworthiness and stability associated with GetHired's platform, empowering HR professionals to make informed hiring decisions.
