Through user interviews and surveys, I crafted a user persona tailored to address common pain points and desires. This process revealed a key insight: the majority of users, typically busy locals with limited time, seek a streamlined reservation experience. To meet this need, I developed an efficient online reservation system that allows users to complete bookings hassle-free.
