Introduction
In the wake of successfully designing a mobile app that connects communities with essential services, the next step for the Thrive project was to develop a comprehensive portal for Health Specialists. This portal aims to streamline case management, allowing specialists to take targeted actions on behalf of individuals. The result is an intuitive, focused, and effective Individual Management System that enhances the capacity of Health Specialists to support their communities.
Design Challenge
The primary challenge was to create a user-friendly and efficient portal for Health Specialists. This portal needed to:

Facilitate seamless navigation through different sections like Needs, Goals, Services, Checkups, and more.
Allow specialists to take specific actions such as updating plans, conducting checkups, and managing services.
Enhance focus by providing a distraction-free environment when required.
