This employer branding and web design project for StandardAero focused on communicating messaging highlighting a profound commitment to fostering pride in work, cultivating a supportive culture, and maintaining an unwavering standard of quality. The efforts resulted in the creation of a comprehensive employer brand system and guide, which served as a dynamic blueprint for encapsulating the company's values.
