Project Background:

Mamikos identified a decline in leads and partnered with freelance agents. We developed a registration landing page, streamlined onboarding, and robust performance monitoring dashboards. A back-office dashboard was also crafted for lead management and agent oversight.

Team Collaboration:

Leading the design project, I worked closely with a junior designer amidst a tight timeline. Our squad included a Project Manager, Product Owner, QA team, Frontend and Backend Engineers. Concurrently, I managed multiple projects across different teams.

My Contributions:

I spearheaded the UI kit and primary screens, later guiding the junior designer while maintaining oversight of daily design processes.
