I was working with a product team to deliver a seamless debtor experience through a user-friendly mobile application. Upon signing up, users can manually add their debts or scan their notice letters. Once linked to the relevant creditor, users are prompted to send a settlement offer. Following an accepted offer, users can make payments according to the agreed schedule using various payment methods, including credit cards, bank transfers, and digital wallets.
