EYECATCHING REAL ESTATE BROCHURE FOR PRINT PURPOSES DESIGN

For this design, client requested a brochure that will be eyecatching enough to be put at the side of the road. The use of bold colors, contrast on the highlighted content, and strategic sizing was used for this brochure to catch viewer's eyes to important information without it being too overwhelming.
