Redesigned the Doctor’s page with enhanced IA to improve UX and boost the appointment rate.
Healthcare Polyclinic, a leading multispecialty clinic in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, faced a revenue decline due to fewer online reservations. The primary issues were a poor UI, unfriendly UX, confusing user journey, insufficient information and slow loading times!
After identifying these problems, I redesigned the website to address these concerns.

The new design significantly improves the user interface and experience by enhancing readability, visual hierarchy, and user interaction.
It provides a more professional, engaging, and intuitive platform for users seeking pediatric care information and appointments.
