Project Overview: The SmartCity platform empowers residents to report issues and provide feedback on neighborhood, city infrastructure, and healthcare facility problems. Our goal was to create a seamless and intuitive UI/UX design for both the mobile app and web version.
Work Stages:
Research & Discovery: Understanding user needs through surveys and interviews with city residents.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Developing low-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to outline the user flow and functionality.
Design & Testing: Creating high-fidelity designs and conducting usability testing to refine the user experience.
