NeoPunk Tokyo

I aim to create a bunch of assets and start working with Godot. The plan is to make some simple turn-based tactics games in Neo Tokyo's style. I like to call it NeoPunk instead of CyberPunk xD.

Anyway, here is the first thing I created to check the color palette and vibe.
