Process:

1. Created the podcast sublogo by adding simple secondary text to the main Scale With Success® logo to make the podcast feel like a product of the larger Scale With Success® brand

2. Designed the podcast cover image, paying special attention to hierarchy and legibility

3. Created a suite of promotional graphic templates in each of the brand colors

4. Used the templates to create still image promotional graphics and backgrounds for short vertical videos

5. Added clips from the podcasts, captions, and audio waves to the vertical videos for use on Instagram Reels and Tiktok

Challenges:

1. Balancing the need for a consistent look for the podcast without making every promo look like it's for the same episode - people shouldn't have to read the title in the promo image to know it's an episode they haven't listened to yet

Solutions:

1. I cycled the five main brand colors and our library of images of Caitlin, so no combo of color and photo was used for more than one episode.
