Crisp CRM Platform Enhancement

In our latest collaboration with Crisp, we aimed to revolutionize their CRM platform with a sleek, minimal design. Crisp, founded in 2015 in Nantes, France, serves over 200,000 brands worldwide with its human-centered messaging ecosystem. In 2020, co-founder and CEO Baptiste Jamin enlisted BB Agency to enhance their mobile user experience, with our UX and Product experts working closely to reimagine the platform's visual and structural design.

The redesigned CRM platform captures Crisp’s essence in a unified, minimalist interface that prioritizes user needs. Our thorough research, including competitive analysis and site analytics, informed our design choices. This deep understanding of users’ needs and platform challenges allowed us to declutter the interface, making it intuitive and visually appealing without compromising functionality.

A key focus was transforming the Contacts and Settings pages into accessible, navigable spaces. By simplifying the design and enhancing functionality, we ensured a smooth user experience that balances aesthetic appeal with practical utility. The result is a user-friendly, easy-to-maintain platform that truly reflects Crisp's unique culture.
