Challenge

Hospify was created to address the need for compliant and secure messaging in healthcare, where professionals often relied on non-compliant consumer apps like WhatsApp, which posed significant privacy risks. Over 500,000 NHS staff used such apps before Hospify, underscoring the demand for a secure platform to meet the following requirements:

• Decentralized, Encrypted Data: GDPR-compliant messaging with end-to-end encryption.

• Reliable, Real-Time Messaging: Instant, reliable messaging that meets NHS data protection standards for secure communication.

Key deliverables

1. Business Analysis & UX/UI Design
