Gearwheel Sword Vault Portfolio Button Hover Effect Demo

Fantastic, I got it to work! It was a little bit trickier than I thought it would be to realise something like this, and I'm very excited to get it done!

This is a recording of the loading animation + first button hover effect for my 2024 portfolio page. I made the loading animation and the wireframe hologram sword animation, then somehow managed to make the 2 sword animations sequence and loop correctly.

(I didn't make the vault background because modelling that would be a lot of work for something that would only be used once and then forsaken. So it's a 2D image I grabbed from MJ)

When the sword animation plays, I made sure that some reflected blue light tint the inside of the vault to give the sense of it being in a 3D space. I don't think I would go even more detailed on this from here, as I still got a lot of other things to do on this project.
