After conducting comprehensive user research to understand behaviors, needs, and motivations through observation techniques, task analysis, and various feedback methodologies, I developed a well-defined idea and concept. I then focused on designing the movement and interaction of each card, ensuring seamless transitions between them.Once the initial design was ready, I presented it to the European team. Their feedback was invaluable and helped refine the concept further. Finally, I had a 
market-ready design.The response from the beta test was overwhelmingly positive, with praise from both users and management. When I first conceived this project, the idea seemed straightforward and simple. However, as I delved into developing the concept, new ideas emerged, both from myself and other team members, enhancing the final design significantly.
