Webflow Job Board Design & Development 

Tech Ladies is a vibrant community supporting women in tech, with over 125,000 members. Their job board is a critical resource, offering hundreds of new job postings weekly. The task was to design and develop a seamless, user-friendly job board on Webflow that could handle the volume and diversity of job postings while providing an excellent user experience.

• Dynamic Job Listings: Integration with partner ATS to automatically pull and display new job postings through Unified API

• Advanced Filtering: Enhanced filtering options allowing users to search by more than 9 fields with unique Funding Stage, Company Size, and Tech Stack.

• Responsive Design: Ensuring filters, search, pagination, modals, inline CMS CTAs, etc work seamless on tablet and mobile.

• SEO Optimization: Implementing auto indexing, dynamic JSON schema, daily apply link HTTP checker, and auto archive for best SEO performance and search ranking.
