Thatgirl Merch

Objective

The primary objective for the merch design project for the "That Girl" women's event was to create visually appealing and meaningful merchandise that resonated with the event's theme and audience. The aim was to enhance the overall event experience, foster a sense of community, and generate additional revenue through merchandise sales.

Design Overview

The merch included three items: two crew sweatshirts and a t-shirt. These items featured modern designs, uplifting slogans, and a cohesive color palette. The focus was on empowerment, femininity, and inclusivity, ensuring the items were fashionable and versatile.

Role & Contributions

As the creative director, I was responsible for:

  • Concept Development: Creating design concepts aligned with the event's theme.

  • Mockups: Visualizing the final products through detailed mockups.

  • Design Execution: Producing high-quality, print-ready designs.

  • Vendor Coordination: Ensuring accurate reproduction of designs.

  • Quality Control: Reviewing samples for quality.

  • Promotion: Assisting in merchandise promotion.

Outcome

The merchandise sold out at both event locations, exceeding expectations. This success boosted event revenue and reinforced the event's message of empowerment. Positive feedback validated the design choices, providing a strong foundation for future merchandising strategies.
