OhentPay Fintech Web and Mobile App

Objective:

To redesign Ohentpay’s web and mobile app to improve the UI and customer experience as well as the design of a new brand identity for the fintech platform.

What I did:

I studied the existing Ohentpay platform, both web, and mobile and I used data collected from the customer support department to tackle some of the UX issues on the existing platform. I created a sleeker and more intuitive UI with a focus on improving the user experience and making the fintech platform more secure for the users. I also worked on all other digital designs across all customer touchpoints.
