Analytics Chart

The Challenge

Day 018 of the 30-Day UI Challenge! The challenge was to create an Analytics Chart. I spent about 25 minutes on this.

What I Completed

I just started getting into reading again, and I was thinking about how cool it would be if Kindle somehow tracked all the pages and books you've read over time.

Reflection

I wanted the colors to remain minimal, like a book page. The color blue is inspired by the blue kindle. I probably could have worked on hierarchy a bit more, making the main headline a deeper black so it's easier to scan. And I wanted to find a color that would work for both the blue and the tan, so I found #080707, which does pass accessibility standards.
