Redesign the user experience of a bus ticket booking app
About project
Presenting the redesigned experience of the Bus Ticket Booking journey for the Shohoz app. Shohoz has been simplifying long-distance travel in Bangladesh since 2014. It's a top online travel platform, streamlining ticket booking. We found the app is not very intuitive regarding the user experience, so we took a step to redesign the bus booking journey of the app. After some study, research, and conversations, we were able to finalize the design.
