Overview
Passion.io, a no-code platform for creators to launch custom-branded apps, faced a critical challenge: low conversion and retention rates due to a high-friction onboarding experience. New users were being dropped directly into apps without guidance, leading to disengagement and high churn. To solve this, we redesigned the onboarding flow, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and high-converting experience that helped creators retain their users from day one.
