5K Race Map Redesign

A complete redesign was long overdue for an existing event map for an annual charity 5K race (old map listed below). It needed to be instantly readable and informative while adding to the modern, fun aesthetic of the event. Along with the grounds map, I created a new route map which clearly displays the 5K route alongside the shorter 3K walking route. Large format map was posted on a board on race day (mockup below).
