About this project

TripBucket is a travel app that allows you to search for interesting places around the world, create personalized travel plans, read local news or share your memories with friends.

My task

The client wanted to significantly refresh the appearance of his old app. He wanted to give it a lighter, more contemporary visual language while adding new functionalities at the same time.

User centered design

This project was heavily focused on the users needs. After conducting an audit of existing solutions on the market, I started the process of designing new functionalities. It usually started with the client's brief, which was then transformed into wireframes and finally turned into high fidelity mockups with interactive prototype.

Design system

Creating a robust design system was essential to manage such a massive project with all it’s complexity.
