Saltwater Grill Menu

Saltwater Grill is a case study design done on a restaurant that offers a unique dining experience that celebrates the bounty of the sea through an array of exquisitely grilled seafood dishes. The menu is thoughtfully curated to cater to a variety of palates, featuring a perfect blend of hearty entrees, light and refreshing starters, and indulgent desserts.

The menu has been crafted with as much attention to detail as the culinary offerings themselves. The concept reflects the elements of water and fire. Instead of the traditional blue to represent the ocean, green was used to suggest freshness, natural origins, and sustainability and eco-friendly practices for the natural food that's being served on their tables. Orange was used to imitate the vibrant hues that symbolize the delicately grilled food like shrimp, crabs, lobsters and more. Both colors complement one another visually and symbolically that creates an appetizing menu and as a brand as a whole.
