Contact CSV import

Importing contacts through a CSV is the most common way of moving your data between products. It's no different for OpenPhone users, but even though this is a well-established pattern, it is far from perfect. It often leads to duplicate contacts and data discrepancies.

The overarching objective of this project was to enhance the accuracy of contact identification, and therefore limit the possibility of duplicates sneaking into your Contacts.
