Huge Impact! Designed a New Feature at Bykea Driving Massive User Engagement & Increased Revenue

Thrilled to share a recent project at Bykea where I designed a new section for drivers to easily change their vehicles! This user-friendly feature has seen incredible traction, with a significant increase in weekly requests and a direct revenue contribution.

The Challenge:

Previously, changing vehicles on the Bykea platform was a cumbersome process for drivers. They had to contact support, leading to delays and frustration. This potentially discouraged drivers from updating their vehicle information, impacting overall service quality.

The Solution:

We designed a dedicated section within the driver app for easy vehicle changes. This included intuitive UI elements and a streamlined workflow, allowing drivers to update their vehicle information independently within minutes.
