One of LP Projects that I created for the firm named Katalon which is an SaaS start-up company in Testing Automation field. The LP reflects milestones and achievement of Katalon throughout the year of 2023 with many unique touch up from the company's branding. In my role as the Brand Guardian and Senior Designer of the Brand Communications team, I was responsible for managing and designing corporate-level projects such as this one. This project’s objective was to show the firm’s success and remarkable milestones throughout the year of 2023, provide a lot of stories and impressive numbers from many departments of Katalon, help to build the trust-worthy image of the firm, build the brand love and establish connection with clients, vendors, investors and our target audiences.

To facilitate effective communication among the different teams, we established a Slack group for quick information sharing, while simultaneously utilizing Jira to track progress and providing feedback templates for everyone involved in the final landing page delivered by the developers. Quick meetings for design draft review and content adjustments were conducted during the design process if needed.

Numerous departments were involved, each with their own content and achievement figures, and it was crucial to integrate their diverse success and features into a single landing page while maintaining consistency and on-brand design. I aimed to ensure that the design effectively conveyed the message with a visually appealing concept that showcased the various departmental features.

Additionally, time was a significant constraint on this project as it was urgent. The design phase had to be completed within one week to present to the General Director for review and feedback, so the next week it could be delivered with detailed notes and a responsive layout for the front-end developers. Everything happened really quick and also I was handling a lot of important projects at that time so it was a little bit stressful for me, working overtime in that month was like daily schedule for me and other team members but thanks god we did it in time! We managed to meet the deadline successfully, receiving numerous positive feedback from the leadership team and our colleagues, which was a bless for all of us at that time.
